Introducing the New Oklahoma District LCMS Logo
The Oklahoma District is pleased to unveil a revitalized district logo during our centennial year, honoring our rich history and bright future.
The Oklahoma District LCMS Logo depicts the cross central to our faith and Oklahoma’s state bird, the Scissor-tailed Flycatcher, surveying the diverse and beautiful topography with which God has blessed the state of Oklahoma. Our state stretches from the plateaus in the panhandle to the Ouachita mountains in the southeast, reminding us of the beauty of God’s wonderful creation. The yellow field of ripe grain reminds us of God’s provision, and the river reminds us of God’s river of life.
The Oklahoma District logo may be used by the congregations and schools of the District when referring to the Oklahoma District. It may not be modified. If you have any questions regarding our branding or use of our logo, please see the guidelines below or contact our Communications Director.
