Messiah Lutheran Church, OKC, Messiah Shares Day took place on September 10. Messiah Shares brings together Messiah members and friends of all ages for local and international service projects. Over 100 participants of all ages shared the love of Christ though many activities and projects. These included bingo with nursing home residents, a choir concert at the Concordia Life Care Community, creating and delivering hygiene kits for the homeless, assembling care packages and bringing them to local police and fire stations, assisting with yard cleanup, and making baby care kits and school kits for Lutheran World Relief. Enthusiastic and busy participants ended their projects with lunch and story sharing about the lives impacted through Messiah Shares!
