Join the 100th Anniversary Celebration via Livestream!

For those unable to attend the Oklahoma District's 100th Anniversary Celebration at St. John's Lutheran Church in Okarche on May 19th, the event will be livestreamed via the Oklahoma District's Facebook page.  Just visit www.facebook.com/oklahomalutherans when it is time for the celebration to start to view the celebration.    

The celebration program timeline is as follows: 

3:45 pm Pre-service Music including Children's Choir Presentation

4:00 pm Worship Service with Rev. Dr. Matthew C. Harrison Preaching 

5:00 pm Group Photo Outside St. John's via Drone (optional for attendees)

5:30 pm Centennial Banquet (St. John's Parish Hall)

Because the banquet will take place in St. John's Parish Hall, which is a short walk from the church, the time when attendees will be seated and the banquet program begins is imprecise, but it is expected to be around 6:00 p.m.

Host a Watch Party at your Church!

Make it a group celebration of the 100 years of blessings the Lord has given the Oklahoma District LCMS and her congregations.  Gather together with your fellow members for the worship service via livestream, perhaps followed by a banquet or potluck dinner locally and watch the banquet program together as well.  The banquet will end with a premier performance by the Pickin' Parsons.
